Todo mediante un trabajo sistem\u00e1tico previo.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La exposici\u00f3n consiste en ser una t\u00e9cnica en la que el paciente se encuentra a aquellas situaciones que le producen miedo o preocupaci\u00f3n asociadas a sus obsesiones, por lo que en un inicio se comienza con situaciones que causan m\u00ednimos de malestar, posteriormente se va incrementado paulatinamente.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>La prevenci\u00f3n de respuesta pretende eludir las acciones compulsivas con el apoyo del terapeuta, evitando los comportamientos deseados para disminuir el malestar.
